Chromixium is a free and open source distribution of
Linux derived from the world’s most popular free operating system,
Ubuntu, and inspired by Google’s Chrome OS / Chromium OS projects.
Distributed as a 32-bit Live DVD image
The Chromixium OS is distributed as a Live DVD ISO
image that has approximately 900 MB in size and contains software
packages optimized only for the 32-bit instruction set architecture. The
user can write the ISO image on a DVD disc or a USB thumb drive
(recommended) in order to boot it from the BIOS of a computer.
